PET POLICY
We do allow indoor dogs and
cats in most of our properties.
All pets are now charged a pet rent of $25.00
per month per pet. Pet rents are not refundable. Some
pets may require an addition upfront deposit. In addition a
$100 pet cleaning fee will be charged to security deposit when you move.
Certain at risk dogs are not allowed inside or
outside. This includes pit bulls and several other
breeds.
All duplex units & most houses only allow small dogs under 30 pounds
inside.
Larger indoor & outdoor dogs may require additional deposits.
All houses have fenced in yards. Duplexes do not have
fences.
We never charge a deposit or fee for service dogs for the blind or
disabled.
