PET POLICY

We do allow 1 small indoor dog (under 30lbs) or 1 cat in most of our properties.   *Check the individual property page for allowable pets and details.

All pets are charged a pet rent of $25.00 per month per pet plus a one time $150.00 pet cleaning fee when you move out.  This fee is charged to your security deposit.    Pet rents & fees are not refundable.     

*Some properties with carpet or wood floors may require an upfront deposit.  

Must have approval before pets are brought onto the property.   Pet sitting or guests with pets are not allowed without approval.

Certain dogs are not allowed inside or outside.  This includes but not limited to: Pit Bull, Doberman, Rototiller, German Shepard, Labs, Great Danes, Chows, Akita, Huskies and several other large breeds.

*Fees & size requirements are waived for registered service dogs for the blind or disabled.

**NOTE: Emotional Support Animals are not exempt from size requirements or fees.

**All tenants with dogs must have Renter's Insurance with liability.
