SMOKING POLICY

Effective January 1, 2024 we do not allow smoking on any of our properties inside or outside, including garages, porches or yards.   This includes cigarettes, medical marijuana, and electronic cigarettes (vaping).  

Any smoking on the property is grounds for termination and eviction.  This includes smoking by guests.

Properties are inspected on a regular basis.
